Ketogenic Green Smoothie
This is the one to start with.
Easy and delicious, you will have this one prepped and be on the road in under 5 minutes.
- 1 scoop (33g), Pea Protein (NOW Foods)
- 2 scoops, Vega All-in-One Protein
- 2 C, spinach
- 6 tsp, Spirulina
- 1 C, Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 T, flax seeds
- Throw a handful of ice cubes in the blender.
- Add everything BUT the flax seeds
- Add 1/2 c water or until desired consistency
- Add flax seeds last on high setting
- This is so much fun!
